IT Support Specialist

BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a full time on-site "IT Support Specialist" job in Netherlands.

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP and later versions.
• Support Cisco Jabber and other authorized desktop applications.
• Provide basic support for macOS to assist Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
• Conduct remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripherals.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
• Demonstrate broad IT experience with basic understanding of networks, servers, AV systems, smart devices, and telecoms.
• Work effectively in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1)
  Must hold a valid work permit in Netherlands.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of IT support
• Dutch language B2 level needed.
