Digital Project Lead

We are looking for a Digital Project Lead to join the Monks team. In this role, you will own our web ecosystem and drive our digital properties into a high-performance lead generation engine.

• Web Ecosystem Management — lead strategy and maintenance for , legacy sites, and microsites, ensuring every page aligns with the global “Monks” brand.
• The Technical Bridge — act as the primary point of contact for developers, managing Jira sprints, prioritizing tasks, and safeguarding against technical debt that compromises UI/UX.
• Lead Generation & Growth — partner with Marketing Ops and Analytics to refine the conversion path, measuring success by the capture and flow of leads into Hub Spot.
• Content Governance — train and enable content creators across five regions, setting standards for consistent brand presentation.
• Website Relaunch — lead the upcoming site relaunch, meeting milestones while maintaining quality and strategic alignment.

• Proven Experience — 5+ years in a top-tier digital agency or a multinational corporation managing complex websites.
• The “UI” Eye — able to distinguish a dev‑friendly build from a user‑friendly interface and spot UI misalignments early.
• Strategic & Operational — comfortable presenting a 6‑month roadmap to a Director and then diving into the CMS to fix a case study layout or vet an SEO metadata update.
• Local Market Context — experience managing stakeholders across time zones (especially LATAM/Global bridge) and handling international site structures.
• Technical Stack — power user of web platforms like Drupal/Word Press, marketing software and CRMs such as Hub Spot, web data tools like GA4, and project management tools such as Jira.
