• Current certifications in Google Ads (Video/Display) and Meta Blueprint.
• Ability to implement pixels and conversion events geared toward Start Applications.

• Advanced operational execution in Meta (Ads Manager), Tik Tok Ads, You Tube, DV360, Google Ads, and Demand Gen.
• Management of Campaign Manager for trafficking and tagging.

• Complete campaign configuration (builds) following the Media Plan.
• Upload and assignment of creatives respecting the SLA.
• Error-free implementation of tracking tags and UTMs.

• Daily update of Actual Spend in the master budget (EOM Actuals).
• Strict adherence to the internal QA (Quality Assurance) process before "Go Live".

• Monitoring daily pacing to prevent under-execution in Awareness campaigns.
• Identification of initial performance findings and delivery anomalies.

• Resolution of ad rejections due to policies and technical tagging problem-solving with minimal guidance.

• Timely update of data for the Weekly Status Deck.

• AI Promoter:
  Use of AI to automate nomenclature and performance summaries.
• Active curiosity about platform updates.

• Ensure operational excellence and data integrity in hands-on-keyboard activation.
