Monks is seeking an IT Office Support Specialist to join the Toronto office and support a global IT team. You will be the in-office contact for technical issues, maintain hardware/AV equipment, and help with onboarding and asset management.
You will also assist across the Global IT team via ticketing system. The role requires 1+ years in a technical support role, strong macOS knowledge, and familiarity with tools like Google Workspace and Fresh service.
