Senior Supply Chain Specialist - Marketplace / Partner Operations

Are you passionate about building strong partner relationships while driving commercial and supply chain performance? We're looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to play a key role at the intersection of account management, supply chain execution and commercial delivery within a fast-paced marketplace environment.

What you'll be working on:

Act as a key point of contact for strategic marketplace partners
, owning the day-to-day relationship from a supply chain and delivery perspective.
Manage a healthy order book and drive optimal delivery performance, ensuring partners meet seasonal plans and financial objectives.
Lead operational calls, order book reviews and order-writing workshops
, influencing partner behaviour to improve service levels, efficiency and commercial outcomes.
Collaborate closely with commercial, logistics, transportation and distribution teams to align supply chain execution with business priorities.
Monitor and analyse key performance KPIs (ship-to-plan, delivery performance, risks & opportunities), translating data into clear insights and recommendations for both internal stakeholders and partners.
Drive process improvements and best practices across marketplace supply chain operations, challenging the status quo and supporting long-term optimisation.

What you bring:

5+ years' experience in Account / Partner Management
, ideally within a supply chain, marketplace or wholesale environment.
5+ years' experience in supply chain planning or operations
, with strong understanding of order management and delivery performance.
A commercial mindset
, able to balance partner needs with financial and operational objectives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence partners and senior internal teams.
Proven ability to analyse data, tell a clear story and drive decisions
, using tools such as SAP, Excel and reporting platforms (e.g. Tableau).
A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
