Senior Supply Chain Specialist - Marketplace / Partner Operations
Are you passionate about building strong partner relationships while driving commercial and supply chain performance? We're looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to play a key role at the intersection of account management, supply chain execution and commercial delivery within a fast-paced marketplace environment.
What you'll be working on:- Act as a key point of contact for strategic marketplace partners
, owning the day-to-day relationship from a supply chain and delivery perspective. - Manage a healthy order book and drive optimal delivery performance, ensuring partners meet seasonal plans and financial objectives.
- Lead operational calls, order book reviews and order-writing workshops
, influencing partner behaviour to improve service levels, efficiency and commercial outcomes. - Collaborate closely with commercial, logistics, transportation and distribution teams to align supply chain execution with business priorities.
- Monitor and analyse key performance KPIs (ship-to-plan, delivery performance, risks & opportunities), translating data into clear insights and recommendations for both internal stakeholders and partners.
- Drive process improvements and best practices across marketplace supply chain operations, challenging the status quo and supporting long-term optimisation.
- 5+ years' experience in Account / Partner Management
, ideally within a supply chain, marketplace or wholesale environment. - 5+ years' experience in supply chain planning or operations
, with strong understanding of order management and delivery performance. - A commercial mindset
, able to balance partner needs with financial and operational objectives. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence partners and senior internal teams.
- Proven ability to analyse data, tell a clear story and drive decisions
, using tools such as SAP, Excel and reporting platforms (e.g. Tableau). - A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
