We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Supply Chain Specialist to manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive operational excellence across the marketplace. This role is responsible for orderbook management, shipment execution, and ensuring strong collaboration across Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Drive orderbook quality
    , health management, and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and service excellence.
  • Track performance against business goals, shipping targets, and customer service objectives.
  • Manage allocations, product availability, and orderbook updates throughout the season.
  • Execute and facilitate shipments by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor shipping performance versus targets and proactively address risks and issues.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Operations teams to support profitable growth.
  • Support product launches and key marketplace initiatives.
  • Analyze orderbook and shipping performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain account development plans and strong customer relationships.
Profile
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Customer Operations, Order Management, or Marketplace Operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Strong experience with orderbook management
    , orderbook health, and reconciliation processes.
  • Customer‑facing experience with excellent account and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain operations;
    logistics experience is a strong plus
    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
  • Fluent in English
    ; Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel (basic formulas, reporting, and data analysis).
  • Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
