We specialize in electronic music and manage the largest online dance community in the world with more than 12 million followers on social media. We are a fast-growing, international company and offer you a unique opportunity to be a part of our journey and join our team in the Netherlands.

The Head of Marketing is the senior strategic leader who holds accountability for developing, executing, and overseeing all marketing campaigns and strategies for the record label and its artists. This pivotal role requires the individual to serve as a hands-on leader, responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a multidisciplinary marketing team, driving both commercial success and audience growth.

The Head of Marketing acts as the primary strategic liaison with local and international colleagues, effectively translating the vision into high-impact local and international execution. A core focus is driving results by proactively identifying and maximizing commercial opportunities for the label. The Head of Marketing ensures all decisions are data-driven, managing the entire marketing budget, maximizing visibility across all channels, and providing clear, strategic reporting to the General Manager on budget and OKR’s.

  • Analyze market trends, consumption data, and campaign performance metrics to provide executive-level reporting and quickly adjust strategies for maximum impact and output correction.

  • Proactively identify and maximize commercial opportunities for the roster. Collaborate closely with all internal teams to synchronize release efforts, and act as the key liaison to secure support and commitment from artists and external partners.

  • Define the optimal structure for the Marketing Department, implementing and optimizing workflows to maximize team efficiency and resource management. This includes campaign guidelines and reporting mechanisms to ensure consistent, scalable execution and transparent performance tracking across all campaigns.
