We are looking for a passionate, creative Junior Social Media Manager to support our clients in building meaningful and emotional connections across Instagram and Tik Tok. From day-to-day engagement to producing trend-driven content for Gen Z audiences, you will work closely with a dynamic global agency team to make people and brands feel ALIVE.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating, sourcing, organising, and scheduling content across channels.
- Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments and DMs
- Drive organic social initiatives and occasionally assist with paid social campaigns.
- Partner with content and creative teams to brainstorm and deliver engaging content.
- Track, analyse, and compile monthly metrics into client-ready reports.
- 2–3 years managing social media channels or working as a content creator.
- Deep understanding of current social platforms, viral trends, and Gen Z digital culture.
- Just as comfortable writing copy as you are organising data into reports.
- Highly organised and flexible in a fast-paced agency environment
- Enthusiastic about jumping in, taking ownership, and wearing multiple hats
