GGz Centraal zoekt een enthousiaste ambulant verpleegkundige voor de polikliniek Ouderenpsychiatrie in Hilversum. Je bezoekt zelfstandig patiënten thuis, coördineert klinische opnames bij crises en werkt samen met FACT of IHT waar nodig.
Je beschikt over BIG-registratie, rijbewijs en hebt affiniteit met ouderen met psychiatrische, cognitieve of somatische klachten. Je komt in een betrokken multidisciplinair team met focus op herstel en kwaliteit van leven.
