Bloezem zoekt een Coördinerend Verpleegkundige voor Villa Monnikenberg in Hilversum. Je werkt 32–36 uur per week en geeft leiding aan het zorgteam met focus op warme, persoonsgerichte zorg voor bewoners met dementie.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zorgkwaliteit, coaching van collega’s en samenwerking met de locatiemanager. Ervaring als teamleider en een diploma Verpleegkunde zijn gewenst; bij Bloezem krijg je ruimte voor ontwikkeling en een flexibele werkvloer.
