Sr Assortment Planner - Retail & Sportswear

We are currently looking for a Senior Assortment Planner, responsible for developing and executing consumer-focused assortment strategies across key product categories Join a leading player in the sportswear retail industry

Working closely with Merchandising
, Planning
, Allocation
, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, you will drive profitability, inventory health, and commercial performance.

• Develop and own seasonal assortment, sales, and inventory plans.
• Optimize sales, margin, stock levels, and open-to-buy (OTB) performance.
• Lead seasonal buying and responsive planning activities.
• Identify risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver business targets and strong consumer experiences.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements through insights and analytics.

• Strong experience in assortment, merchandise, retail, or demand planning.
• Excellent understanding of retail financials, inventory management, and commercial KPIs.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
