Een organisatie voor jeugdzorg in Hilversum is op zoek naar een ambulant gezinsbegeleider die gezinnen helpt veilig en stabiel op te groeien. Je ondersteunt ouders bij opvoedingsvragen en stelt behandelplannen op. Met een HBO-opleiding en SKJ-registratie ben je zelfstandig en flexibel. De functie biedt een jaarcontract volgens de cao Jeugdzorg met mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling en een goede thuiswerkregeling. Wil je gezinnen vooruit helpen?
