Interakt Contour zoekt een Jeugdzorgwerker C om jongeren op De Amethist-groep te begeleiden in hun dagelijks leven en ontwikkeling. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een aantal jongeren en onderhoudt contact met ouders, school en betrokkenen.
Samen met een collega-team werk je aan een veilige, stabiele leefomgeving waarin jongeren kunnen groeien en naar school of dagbesteding gaan. Flexibiliteit in dienstrooster is vereist.
