Kwintes zoekt een coördinerend begeleider die regie neemt in de zorg en collega’s inspireert. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de zorg rondom jouw cliënten en stelt samen met hen een zorg- en begeleidingsplan op.
Je bewaakt voortgang, stemt af met ouders en voogden, en fungeert als inhoudelijk coach voor collega-begeleiders. Je werkt in een zelfstandig team en draagt bij aan een veilige, lerende woonomgeving en aan betekenisvol werk voor jongeren.
