Senior Salesforce Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Creation and customization of Salesforce applications, modules, and components.
• Integration of Salesforce with other systems and third‑party applications.
• Utilizing Apex programming and Visualforce pages to build complex business logic.
• Designing and developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) for responsive user interfaces.
• Conducting unit testing and efficiently deploying solutions to production environments.
• Identifying and resolving issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation for development processes.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (Salesforce Platform Developer I), Salesforce Administrator, and Salesforce Data Cloud certifications.
• Proven experience with Salesforce development and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce App Exchange and third‑party integrations.
• Understanding of data modeling and management within Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects and Fields, Trigger development, REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Extensive experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies (highly desirable).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Dev Ops practices and CI/CD tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Copado, Gearset) is a great addition.
