Are you a confident and proactive purchasing professional ready to make an impact from day one? This is your opportunity to join a collaborative team in a varied and rewarding Category Buyer role where no two days look the same.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of indirect procurement—one day coordinating the refurbishment of a canteen, the next sourcing paint for a new project. You’ll manage category strategies, negotiate contracts, maintain supplier relationships, and identify opportunities for cost savings, inventory efficiency, and quality improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute category purchasing strategies for indirect goods and services.
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and supplier terms with confidence.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance meets expectations.
• Work closely with internal teams at all levels to meet strategic objectives.
• Analyse purchasing data to inform decisions and drive improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid purchasing experience, ideally in indirect procurement.
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  Power BI experience a plus.
• Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player.

Details

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 (fully on-site)
• Contract: 12 months, likely extension
• Interview Process: 1st stage (Teams) | 2nd stage (Face-to-face)
