Pay: £100-£105 per day Aspire People are working in partnership with a school in Hinckley and are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference to their education and development.
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You may already have experience working in education, but this isn't essential. Perhaps you've worked as a sports coach, run children's clubs, supported young people through music or activities, or have experience in childcare. If you have a strong understanding of how to engage and support children, we'd love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience working with children or young peopleA patient, caring and supportive approach
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
Good communication and teamwork skillsA genuine interest in supporting children with additional needsA current DBS, or be willing to apply for oneA relevant qualification involving children or young people would be an advantage
