Nursery Practitioner

We are currently seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and nurturing private school setting in Market Bosworth . This is a permanent, full-time position within a school that is committed to providing an exceptional standard of care, education, and development for young children. The successful Nursery Practitioner will play an important role in providing high-quality early years education and creating positive experiences that support each child's individual development. Nursery Practitioner Duties:
Provide a high standard of care, education, and support to all children Follow and implement the EYFS framework effectively Create a safe, caring, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, colleagues, and other professionals Observe, assess, and monitor children's development and progress Implement an effective key person approach Provide an engaging and enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each child Support children's personal, social, emotional, physical, and educational development Promote children's independence, confidence, and curiosity through play-based learning Ensure the safety, safeguarding, and welfare of all children at all times Work closely with the Room Leader and wider school team to deliver high-quality educational experiences Contribute to planning and implementing a range of practical and theoretical activities that support children's learning and development Nursery Practitioner Requirements: A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification At least 12 months' experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting A strong understanding of the EYFS framework , safeguarding, and child protection procedures The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for childcare and supporting children's development A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach The ability to work effectively as part of a professional school team A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children If you are interested in this Nursery Practitioner role in a private school in Market Bosworth , or would like more information, please drop Lois a message on
