Excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join a growing family-owned business, offering ongoing training, career development, and the chance to work with specialist healthcare equipment across a varied customer base.
This established healthcare equipment provider supports the NHS, care homes, local authorities, and private customers nationwide. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a motivated engineer to their service team.
In this role, you will install, service, inspect, and repair a range of healthcare equipment including hoists, baths, beds, and pressure care products. You will carry out planned maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and safety inspections while ensuring equipment remains safe and fully operational.
The ideal candidate will have previous field service, maintenance, or electro-mechanical engineering experience gained within healthcare, mobility, medical, industrial, or similar environments.
The Role

• Installation, servicing, and repair of healthcare equipment
• Planned preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs
• Customer-facing role with regional travel
• Field-based position

The Person

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar
• Mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills
• Experience with in healthcare, mobility, lifting equipment, industrial, manufacturing, or similar sectors
• Full UK driving licence
• Positive and customer-focused approach
