Model Based System Engineer
Triumph Motorcycles is the Original British Motorcycling Company, we are seeking a talented Systems Engineer / Senior Systems Engineer with experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to join our Electrical & Electronic Systems team.
Working on the development of next-generation motorcycle technologies, you'll play a key role in defining system architectures, requirements and feature functionality across a range of exciting vehicle programmes.

- Capture and define stakeholder requirements for vehicle features
- Develop system architectures and feature behaviour using MBSE methodologies
- Create and maintain system requirements and technical specifications
- Support CAN and LIN communication network definition
- Investigate and resolve technical issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with integration, validation and component teams to deliver robust system solutions
- Maintain requirements traceability and support release activities
- Present technical information to a range of stakeholders
- Experience in Systems Engineering or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Strong understanding of requirements management and system architecture development
- Ability to analyse complex technical problems and deliver practical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within automotive, motorcycle, aerospace, defence or other complex engineering environments would be advantageous
- Knowledge of CAN, LIN and systems integration would be beneficial
