An established and highly respected financial planning firm is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to join its growing team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial advice and building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will inherit an established portfolio of clients with approximately £12 million in Funds Under Management (FUM), providing an immediate platform to develop and grow.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing holistic financial planning advice to an existing client bank, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to support clients as their financial needs evolve.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and servicing an established portfolio of clients with approximately £12 million in FUM.
* Delivering tailored financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
* Conducting regular client reviews and ensuring advice remains suitable and compliant.
* Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
* Working closely with paraplanners and administrators to deliver an outstanding client experience.
* Maintaining accurate client records and adhering to FCA compliance standards.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience as a Financial Adviser within an independent or wealth management environment.
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) as a minimum.
* A strong understanding of pensions, investments, and holistic financial planning.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
* The ability to manage an existing client portfolio while identifying opportunities for future growth.
