We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead high-profile entertainment projects across international markets. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary programmes from concept to delivery.

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of global entertainment projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
• Risk & Resource Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure seamless integration of design and technology.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and clients.

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects in entertainment, construction, attractions, or themed environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and an ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel globally to projects.
• Familiarity cutting edge immersive technology and software is a plus.
