Business Analyst

Salary: £30,000 - 55,000 per year

• Previous experience supporting order management and invoicing processes.
• Experience using SAP, CMOPS, or similar ERP systems.
• CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global teams.
• Experience working directly with customers, dealers, or business users.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desirable: experience in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, or Automotive industry.

• Provide critical support for machinery, assemblies, and order management processes across the EAME region.
• Support business users and resolve order and invoicing issues.
• Maintain process documentation.
• Help drive the ongoing digital transformation of order management systems.
• Work within an international team and collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We are hiring for a Business Analyst to join a globally recognised automotive manufacturing company based in Desford, Leicestershire. This is a site-based 12-month contract with a highly likely extension, starting as soon as possible. The role offers a varied workload, exposure to global stakeholders and evolving digital platforms, and the opportunity to make a real impact on process improvement and digital transformation within our order management environment.

The rate is £36.50 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35) or £26.75 per hour PAYE.
