Field Service Technician

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants more than a bench or a desk. As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be out with customers, solving real problems, learning specialist equipment, and building a long-term technical career with a global manufacturer that genuinely invests in its people.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Field Service Technician

Installing and commissioning equipment at customer sites across the UK
Carrying out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Training customers on equipment use, software, and consumables
Providing technical support via phone, remote access, and site visits
Managing installations to agreed timelines and customer expectations
Supporting workshop activities when required, including inspections
What you’ll bring to the table as a Field Service Technician

A full UK driving licence
Basic technical or mechanical understanding
Experience working with customers or end users in a technical environment
The ability to follow processes, diagnose faults, and resolve issues
The right to work in the UK
Working hours
Monday to Friday, standard business hours, with occasional out-of-hours callouts on a rota basis.
