Manufacturing Assembly Operative
We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join a world-leading manufacturing team in Desford. This position offers a professional environment where you can develop your technical skills while contributing to the assembly of high-quality, heavy-duty machinery. Responsibilities:- Utilize hand and air tools to perform precise component assembly on a production line.
- Conduct thorough visual quality inspections to ensure all parts meet rigorous standards.
- Strictly adhere to standardized work manuals and established safety protocols.
- Operate efficiently, meeting defined TAKT times and productivity targets.
- Execute packing procedures post-assembly, ensuring products are ready for distribution. LATE PM SHIFT
£16.60 PER HOUR
After 6 Months: £17.49 PER HOUR (subject to criteria being met)
Schedule:- Monday - Wednesday
- Start - 16:30, Finish - 02:30
- Thursday
- Start - 16:30, Finish - 02:00
- Friday off
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable proficiency in the safe use of hand and air tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
- Flexibility to support various shift patterns as required by business needs.
- Competitive hourly rates ranging from £16.60 to £17.49, dependent on shift and tenure.
