We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join a world-leading manufacturing team in Desford. This position offers a professional environment where you can develop your technical skills while contributing to the assembly of high-quality, heavy-duty machinery.
Responsibilities:- Utilize hand and air tools to perform precise component assembly on a production line.
- Conduct thorough visual quality inspections to ensure all parts meet rigorous standards.
- Strictly adhere to standardized work manuals and established safety protocols.
- Operate efficiently, meeting defined TAKT times and productivity targets.
- Execute packing procedures post-assembly, ensuring products are ready for distribution.
Average of 37.5 Hours PER WEEK (Can flex dependant on requirements)
AM SHIFT
£13.83 PER HOUR
After 6 Months: £14.58 PER HOUR (subject to criteria being met)
Monday - Thursday
Start - 06.30AM/07:00AM, Finish - 15.30PM or 16.30PM.
Friday
Start - 06.30AM/07:00AM, Early Finish - 10:00AM or 12.00PM
LATE PM SHIFT
£16.60 PER HOUR
After 6 Months: £17.49 PER HOUR (subject to criteria being met)
Monday - Wednesday
Start - 16:30, Finish - 02:30
Thursday
Start - 16:30, Finish - 02:00
Friday off
Night SHIFT
£17.57 PER HOUR
After 6 Months: £18.52 PER HOUR (subject to criteria being met)
Monday - Thursday
Start - 21:30, Finish - 06:30
Friday
Start 17.30 - 22.30 Finish
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable proficiency in the safe use of hand and air tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
- Flexibility to support various shift patterns as required by business needs.
