Responsibilities- Operate within a fast-paced paint plant, ensuring the moving production line functions efficiently.
- Perform essential tasks including jigging, loading, masking, and unloading components according to rigorous process instructions.
- Utilize digital systems to manage production requirements and verify component quality.
- Safely operate industrial cranes following detailed training.
- Adhere strictly to standard work manuals and cycle time requirements to maintain high output standards.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and proactive attention to detail.
- Nights 17.57 - £18.52
- Monday: 21:15-06:30
- Tuesday - Thursday: 22:00-06:30
- Friday - 17:30 - 22:30
- Proven ability to interpret, understand, and implement standard work guides.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and effective professional communication.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is highly valued.
- Reliable and dedicated approach to professional development.
