Practice Nurse - Primary Care

NHS in Burbage is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join their friendly team for 2 days per week. The practice has a strong commitment to training and development while achieving a Good rating from CQC.

The successful candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic, capable of providing support to the Doctors and Nursing Team. Responsibilities include offering patient care, participating in audits, and assisting with chronic disease management.

This role requires a registered first-level nurse with a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in primary care.
