A well-established and highly respected construction company is looking to appoint an experienced Internal Account Manager for their busy branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, experienced sales professional to join a leading name within the sector.

Role Overview

As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day commercial activity, ensuring customer requirements are handled efficiently, and internal teams remain aligned on orders and delivery expectations. Working closely with colleagues across operations and sales, you’ll help maintain service standards, manage information flow and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer enquiries (phone/email).
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Process sales orders and manage order progress.
Liaise with production, logistics and credit control teams.
Provide product and technical information where required.
Support external sales representatives and account managers.
Maintain CRM records, reports and sales documentation.

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
IT literate (MS Office / CRM systems)
Team player with attention to detail
