New and Used Car Sales Consultant - TMS Kia Leicester

As a multi award winning family owned, family run business with many years of Kia experience, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service. We have three Kia dealerships – Hinckley, Leicester and Loughborough - and we currently have a vacancy for an additional experienced Sales Consultant at our brand new flagship Kia dealership, located on Melton Road in Leicester. Our state of the art dealership is one of the largest Kia showrooms in the UK.

Working as part of a great sales team, you will be responsible for the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to handover and follow up. You will manage your own customer database and ensure you keep in touch with your customers on a regularly basis. The role requires excellent organisation, communication, computer skills and smart, professional, personal appearance. Knowledge of Dealer Web DMS or similar is an advantage.

A proven track record and car sales experience within a franchise dealership is preffered but not essential. A knowledge of FCA requirements is also preferred.

We are fully equipped to deal with any type of enquiry with all the latest tools at our disposal to really delight our customers, who come back year after year to continue buying from us due to our continued focus on customer satisfaction.

During the autumn of 2024, Kia Leicester was relocated from our old location to a brand-new, purpose-built dealership next to Sainsbury's on Melton Road, Leicester.

This new state-of-the-art facility is designed to enhance your experience with modern amenities, improved services, and a more comfortable environment for our customers and team. You'll be joining us at an exciting time, witnessing firsthand the growth of our business.

This is a great opportunity to join a real family owned and run business and a brand that will continue to develop with new products coming to the market over the next few years. A company car and full training will be provided.

A full UK Driving License is required. You will be invited to attend an interview which could be via video, phone call and in person.

Basic Salary: £18,000 Per year plus sales commission (uncapped) £50-60k+

A new Kia company car will be provided.
