New Business Sales Executive

Full time Monday to Friday based in South Leicester. Salary £28,000–£35,000 per annum plus uncapped commission.

• Identifying and developing new commercial business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals and incoming enquiries
• Building strong relationships with prospective clients and understanding their insurance requirements
• Preparing and presenting competitive commercial insurance quotations
• Negotiating with insurers to secure suitable cover and competitive premiums
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to policy placement
• Maintaining an active sales pipeline and following up on opportunities
• Working towards individual sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and company procedures

• Previous experience in commercial insurance sales, business development or a similar insurance sales role
• A proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Confidence negotiating with clients and insurers
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach with strong commercial awareness
• Good knowledge of FCA regulations and insurance compliance
