Sales Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Leader to join our Hinckley based showroom.

V12 Sports and Classics is one of the UK’s fastest-growing independently owned used car supermarkets. With extensive industry experience and a fantastic range of vehicles to suit every need and budget, we’re committed to delivering outstanding value and a genuinely personal customer experience.

We’re looking for an energetic, commercially focused Sales Leader to join our growing team.

Our impressive online presence, supported by dedicated inbound and outbound telesales teams, generates a consistently high volume of customer appointments. You’ll lead from the front—supporting the sales team, engaging with customers and helping turn opportunities into results.

• Uncapped Commission Earnings - OTE of £70K

• Confident in following and improving established processes
• An effective mentor who can motivate and develop a team
• Committed to providing an exceptional customer experience

• At least five years’ sales experience within a used car supermarket
• Proven ability to second-face customers and close sales
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A professional and presentable approach
• FCA accreditation, or willingness to achieve it following training
• A full UK driving licence

• Basic salary of £35,000
• Uncapped commission
• Realistic on-target earnings of £70,000
• Company car
