We are looking for a Senior Recreational Assistant to gain experience and take on some Duty Manager duties. You will help ensure the safe and efficient running of your centre, maintain a high profile with customers and operational staff, act as a mentor and role model, and support the training and development of staff.

- Maintain cleaning schedule and prepare areas and equipment.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety and cleanliness.
- Hard‑working, conscientious attitude with initiative.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up‑to‑date training records (essential).
- National Pool Plant qualification is a plus but not essential.
