Senior Recreational Assistant – Places Leisure

- Gain experience and take on some Duty Manager duties.
- Help ensure the safe and efficient running of the centre.
- Maintain a high profile with customers and operational staff.
- Act as a mentor and role model and support the training and development of staff.
- Excellent communication and social skills; often the first point of contact for customers.
- Real attention to detail to ensure safety of customers and cleanliness of centre and pool environment.
- Responsible for ensuring cleaning schedule is adhered to and the preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate.
- Hard working and conscientious attitude with initiative; able to apply skills.
- Ideally holds National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records. National Pool Plant qualification would also be great but not essential.
