• Gain experience and take on some Duty Manager duties.
• Help ensure the safe and efficient running of the centre.
• Maintain a high profile with customers and operational staff.
• Act as a mentor and role model and support the training and development of staff.

• Excellent communication and social skills; often the first point of contact for customers.
• Real attention to detail to ensure safety of customers and cleanliness of centre and pool environment.
• Responsible for ensuring cleaning schedule is adhered to and the preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate.
• Hard working and conscientious attitude with initiative; able to apply skills.
• Ideally holds National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records. National Pool Plant qualification would also be great but not essential.
