Logistics Production Manager –  £41,500 - £50,000 depending on skills demonstrated + 27% shift allowance

** Desford, Leicestershire  in logistics, you will lead daily operations to maximise efficiency, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement through Lean practices, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), and Process Issue Description (PID) tools. You’ll prioritise workflow, monitor KPIs, maintain accurate documentation, and support a high operatives, coordinating daily tasks, providing

Working Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable as you'll rely on it to manage inventory accuracy, track material flow, and support fast, data Basic working knowledge in logistics planning because it enables you to anticipate demand, allocate resources effectively, and maintain smooth, efficient daily operations.
