What is in it for youWe’re particularly interested in drivers with previous Retail Distribution Centre (RDC) experience, as it will help you quickly adapt to the pace, processes and expectations of the role.
Requirements- HGV Class 1 (C+E), max 3 points
- Valid DQC & Driver Card
- 12 months continuous Class 1 experience
£18.63/hr
* Where premiums overlap, only the higher premium applies*
- 25% extra working between 22:00-06:00
- 33% extra working on weekends
- 50% extra working overtime (only paid when hours are over 46.25)
3-Day Shift (9.25-hour contracted shift) Friday to Sunday
Start windows will be confirmed at interview, typically between 12:00 - 20:00

- To become a Tesco Driver, you’ll need a full HGV 1 (C+E) EU license with no more than three penalty points, needs a valid DQC and a Driver Card.
We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, counters, bakery and driving roles.
On the occasions where we have high volumes of applicants, some roles may close earlier than the advertised end date in order for us to manage all of the applicants appropriately. We will only be able to offer individual feedback to those candidates who attend an interview.
