We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a high-performance logistics operation in Hinckley. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently

* Sorting, scanning, and organising parcels within the warehouse

* Meeting daily targets and operational deadlines

* Handling parcels of varying sizes and weights

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment

* Following all health and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

* Strong teamwork and communication skills

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Reliable, punctual, and committed to high work standards

* Physically fit and able to lift/move parcels as required

* Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
