Full-time, Monday – Friday
Shift Pattern:
Rotating shifts
 
* Week 1: 6:00am – 3:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break ; 2 paid tea breaks)
 
* Week 2: 1:00pm – 10:00pm;

Fridays 9:00am-6:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break ; 2 paid tea breaks)
Pay: £12.97

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and modern operation based in Hinckley, who are looking to appoint reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Delivery Operative to support their busy warehouse function.

THE ROLE
 
* Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation including Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control
 
* Pick, pack, and prepare materials for field installation teams
 
* Assist with stock organisation, inventory checks, and stock accuracy
 
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
 
* Support continuous improvement within the operation
 
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily workflow
 
* Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
THE REQUIREMENTS
 
* Previous warehouse or distribution experience would be beneficial
 
* Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
 
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
 
* Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
 
* Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
 
* Forklift experience would be an advantage but is not essential
 
* Please note (essential):
This role involves driving company vehicles. Due to the client's motor insurance policy, applicants must be 21 years of age or over and hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
