• Reassess treatment effectiveness regularly.
• Provide guidance for at-home rehab continuation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain clear, updated documentation.

• PT degree from accredited institution.
• Active state PT license.
• BLS/CPR required.
