Too many clinicians in ABA feel overworked and undersupported. We’re here to change that. With Sunshine ABA, you’ll receive:
- Extra support and supervision during your first 90 days
- Ongoing mentorship and open communication with leadership
- A collaborative team culture that values your voice and well‑being
- Conduct intakes and functional assessments within our clinic
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions and parent/caregiver training
- Supervise and support RBTs (scope adjusted for BCaBA vs. BCBA)
- Monitor progress through data review and plan updates
- Maintain compliance with BACB and clinic standards
- Collaborate with families, staff, and school/community partners
- BCBA: Master’s degree + active BACB certification
- BCaBA: Bachelor’s degree + active BACB certification
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable transportation
