Too many clinicians in ABA feel overworked and undersupported. We’re here to change that. With Sunshine ABA, you’ll receive:

  • Extra support and supervision during your first 90 days
  • Ongoing mentorship and open communication with leadership
  • A collaborative team culture that values your voice and well‑being
What You’ll Do
  • Conduct intakes and functional assessments within our clinic
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy sessions and parent/caregiver training
  • Supervise and support RBTs (scope adjusted for BCaBA vs. BCBA)
  • Monitor progress through data review and plan updates
  • Maintain compliance with BACB and clinic standards
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and school/community partners
What We’re Looking For
  • BCBA: Master’s degree + active BACB certification
  • BCaBA: Bachelor’s degree + active BACB certification
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
