Full-time on-site role located in Hinesville, GA. The Executive Housekeeper oversees cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, maintains stock levels, and manages laundry operations. The role supervises housekeeping staff, coordinates training, creates schedules, and ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards. The Executive Housekeeper ensures exceptional guest service by addressing concerns promptly and upholding Hilton’s quality standards.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage schedules and inventory effectively.
• Proven communication and customer service skills to deliver outstanding experiences for guests and support team collaboration.
• Experience in training and supervising housekeeping staff members, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
• Knowledge of laundry processes and best practices, including maintaining cleanliness and operational standards.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is required; leadership experience is desired.
