Computer Assistant

This position is located in Ft. Stewart, GA at WINN Army Medical Center in the Department of Information Management, Dir of RM.

Specialized

Experience:

One year of specialized experience which includes utilizing an automated log help desk system to track customer requests and/or problems with computer system; assisting customers with functional programs to resolve technical computer problems; and resolving customer questions regarding Information Technology (IT) automation systems, software and/or hardware problems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-06.

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone.
