In the role of Inside and Outbound Sales Associate, you'll leverage our extensive real estate knowledge, strong market reputation, dedicated agent support, and innovative Brivity Technology alongside Brivity Marketer tools. Fuel your enthusiasm every day by connecting with prospective clients, sharpening your sales skills, and increasing your earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Learn team prospecting scripts
• Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
• Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
• Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
• Manage database and productivity reports
• Commit to skill development through education and script practice
• Become a real estate local expert
• Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional telephone skills
• Sales experience tracking to a quota
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and internalize scripts
• Team player
• Real estate license preferred
