The City of Hinesville Police Department is hiring Police Officers. Officers patrol assigned zones, respond to a variety of calls, testify in judicial proceedings, and conduct inquiries into misdemeanors. Must be 20+, have a high school diploma, a Georgia driver’s license, and U.S. citizenship.
A DD 214 is required if served in the armed forces. Excellent benefits follow. Base salary starts at $51,992.12 with a 12-hour shift and clothing allowance; first-year officers average about $53,554.14.
