We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Services Youth Advocate Supervisor to provide leadership, guidance, and direct support to youth and staff during evening hours. The Residential Services Youth Advocate Supervisor oversees evening operations in our youth residential program, ensuring a safe and positive living environment. This role involves direct supervision of staff and youth, crisis intervention, and implementing program policies to support the emotional, behavioral, and social well‑being of residents.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...- Supports youth with developing daily living skills
- Supervises other youth advocate staff on shift
- Manages emergencies and ensures youth and staff’s safety while on shift
- Ensures that all shift logs, daily notes, incident reports, and any other required documents are completed within program guidelines for quality and timeliness
- Driving is required.

- Supervision for licensure requirements
- Bachelor’s level degree in Human Services field or related field preferred
- 1 year experience working with adolescents is preferred
- Residential experience preferred
- Experience with systems (e.g. DMH, DCF) preferred
- Additional languages desirable, though not required
- Able to learn, carry out and be certified in CPI physical interventions, and de‑escalation techniques
- Able to learn, carry out and be certified in MAP, CPR and first aid
- MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification preferred
- Proficient writing and computer skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
