Join Royale Company, a leader in high‑rise staffing solutions, as a Concierge at our luxury condominiums and complexes in Hingham, Boston. As a Concierge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a delightful experience for our clients and their guests.
Responsibilities- Meeting, greeting, and directing residents and guests
- Verifying and recording visitor information
- Answering calls professionally and assisting callers with directions
- Receiving and processing incoming mail/packages
- Monitoring lobby traffic and notifying residents of arrivals
- Maintaining logbooks for visitors and contractors
- Proven customer service experience
- Detail‑oriented and professional
- Friendly, outgoing, and personable
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Monday - Friday
- Full‑time, 8AM-4PM
- Paid training
