At Massman Companies, we don’t just build packaging machines — we build careers. We're growing and need a Production Control Administrator who can be the behind-the-scenes conductor of our manufacturing orchestra located at our DTM site in Hingham, MA.

What You’ll Do

• Track components, update schedules, and ensure all the puzzle pieces fit.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics like a supply chain ninja.
• Update ERP systems, spreadsheets, and reports — you make data dance.
• Be the calm in the storm when production timelines shift — we know they will

Requirements

Qualifications

Education/Training

• High School Diploma or GED required

Knowledge/Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and general computer use

Experience (Preferred)

• 1–2 years in a comparable administrative or production support role
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Background in basic accounting is a plus

In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining production timelines, tracking inventory, processing work orders, and communicating updates across departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of production processes, and can effectively balance multiple priorities to keep operations running smoothly.
