Harbor House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is currently hiring:

REGISTERED NURSES (RN) and LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES (LPN) 3PM-11PM

Friendly, supportive, team-oriented environment in a beautiful, 138 bed facility located within a unique harborside neighborhood setting. Conveniently located off 3A in Hingham, MA and accessible by public transportation. Seeking a compassionate, team oriented nurse skilled at providing nursing assessment, planning, and care to maximize the comfort and health of our patients and their families. Update and maintain patient records, implement orders for medications and treatments, supervise certified staff, and demonstrate excellent customer service.

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN or LPN License in Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and well-being.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
