MDS Nurse Coordinator - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Harbor House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a seasoned full-time in-person MDS Coordinator for an in-person role in Hingham, MA. Our compassionate and experienced staff will welcome you to join our team and work with them to provide top of the line care to our residents.

- Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs
- Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows
