Dining Room Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Examine the dining room before each meal service and ensure it is ready with all the necessary supplies
- Manage staff schedules and encourage top-notch customer service
- Ensure staffed is properly trained and adhering to all steps of service
- Enforce standard operating procedures
- Resolve customer complaints
- Efficiently execute nightly closing procedures including cash reconciliation and proper reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of fine dining experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
- Some Private Dining / Events experience required
- Extensive knowledge of front-of-house operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary $54000-$58000 + Bonus, Benefits, Accrued PTO
